advancing Health, Knowledge & Human Well-Being
Taylor Foundation for the Arts and Sciences (TFAS) in as Atlanta-based nonprofit organization that brings together arts, science, education, and community partnerships to promote physical and mental health, strengthen communities, and support humanitarian response locally and internationally. FROM KNOWLEDGE TO IMPACT At TFAS, we believe that arts and sciences are not separate paths—they are complementary tools for understanding people, strengthening communities, and improving lives. Through collaboration across disciplines and communities, we seek to turn knowledge, creativity, and compassion into meaningful and lasting impact.

OUR MISSION TO ADVANCE HEALTH, KNOWLEDGE, AND HUMAN WELL-BEING THROUGH THE INTEGRATION OF ARTS AND SCIENCE.

The Taylor Foundation for the Arts and Sciences (TFAS) is an Atlanta-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting physical and mental health through arts, science, education, and community engagement.
We translate knowledge into meaningful action by developing and supporting evidence-informed programs, educational initiatives, participatory arts experiences, and community partnerships that strengthen individual and community well-being.
TFAS also serves as a collaborative hub, connecting nonprofit organizations, private-sector partners, professionals, and volunteers to help communities respond to emergencies and disasters when support is needed most. We believe meaningful change happens when knowledge, creativity, and people come together. Through collaboration across disciplines and sectors, TFAS works to turn ideas into practical initiatives that improve lives and strengthen communities.
